Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, don’t worry — we’re here to help.

1️⃣ Return & Exchange Time

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

After 7 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or exchange.

2️⃣ Condition of Items

To be eligible:

Item must be unused

Item must be in original packaging

Tags, labels, and accessories must be included

Item must be in resalable condition

We cannot accept items that are:

❌ Used
❌ Washed
❌ Damaged by customer
❌ Without original packing

3️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Personal use items (baby innerwear, feeding items, etc.)

Clearance / sale items

Customized or personalized products

4️⃣ Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

✔ Damaged item
✔ Defective item
✔ Wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number

Clear photos of the product

We will arrange replacement at no extra cost.

5️⃣ Exchange Policy

We offer exchange for:

Size issues

Color change (subject to availability)

Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake is from our side.

6️⃣ Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if:

Product is out of stock for exchange

Wrong/damaged item and replacement not available

Refund process time: 5–7 working days after approval.

Refund method:
💳 Bank transfer / Original payment method

8️⃣ Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Return shipping paid by customer (except company error)
